WAKEAT's original Dutch miso is made with Dutch beans: Kapujiner (marrowfat peas) and Dutch grown barley.
A contamination of short fermentation (between 6 months to a year) and a small amount of salt helps to bring the fresh and fruity flavour. This lighter flavour is good for miso-beginners.
Simply, you can use it for your "umami-up" in a variety of dishes.
This miso goes well together with susch as tomatoes, pineapples, cucumbers and aubergines.

Spread on a toastie or a sandwich (with tomato/ cucumber / beets /cheese etc)
Salad dressing (Mix with oil, vinegar or lemon juice )
A little twist in pineapple cake ( add tiny miso into cake mix to bring depth of flavour)
