Learn together with the founder of "The smallest miso brewery" WAKEAT with over 10 years of experience in miso making. This workshop will give you an all-about-miso experience. With a guidance from Erika you will make your own original miso and when it's ready (approximately 6 months+)... You will receive it by post.
