Did you know bread is one of the most wasted foods in the world? About 25% of bread in the Netherlands ends up in the bin. We still throw away 1/3 of food worldwide. But there are over 800 million people starving in the world. WAKEAT combined her over a decade of miso making knowledge and experience to solve this issue, so we can make something more happier and tastier! After spending over 3 years of countless experiments, 
“The Bread Miso Making Kit” was born! The Bread Miso Making Kit is: 
1: Easy to use (for everyone) 2: No need for any special machinery or envelopment. 3. Short fermentation time (3 weeks!)
The kit can be also used for cooked rice or pasta or some types of pastry. 

Now we can save bread from wasting it, make your own original and natural fermented miso with your leftover bread. Since the kit was born, over 400kg leftover bread has turned into bread miso all over the world. Bring your leftover bread and WAKEAT shows and explain how to use and make “bread miso” with the kit. By doing this, we can act quicker and bigger together! Workshop: What do you get 1: A introduction of miso 2: Miso tasting 3: Use the bread miso making kit to make your own bread miso Bring: 1: Your own leftover bread or cooked rice, pasta or pastry (100g) *Do not recommend any bread or pastry that has filling (such as fresh cream filling). ** You can bring croissant, pain un chocolate (with chocolate), bread with nuts or dried fruits are also fine to use ***On the workshop day, WAKEAT can give you advice of which bread is good for bread miso and which is not
